Can't Change IP Address of Domain after ssl

I need to move one of my domains to a different dedicated IP address on the same machine. I have already installed a SSL key, so the drop down box has disappeared in the setup section. I have already removed the SSL Key, but I still do not get the drop down box with my other IP address listed. What's the fix?
