Issue Cant delete Shared Calender[Horde]

Hello,
I have a problem with my Horde interface. A second public calendar is automatically created for some users. This cannot be deleted by the user. Since users can also call up their calendars via mobile devices with CalDav, this calendar creates problems. As soon as the second calendar is created, the first cannot be called up via CalDav. Even as an admin, I cannot remove this calendar. Does anyone know the problem and maybe has a solution?
