I can't seem to get into the webuser folders using the plesk file manager. I get this message:

Unable to change directory to /pd/: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied

When I try an ftp program i get this message.

550 /pd: Permission denied

Help!!!

Thanks in advance
Jon Emmet

/pd/ is not the webuser folder. web_user is the webuser folder. /pd/ is the location that files including protected directory information are stored in. This is, obviously, secured for good reasons.
