Can't go to control panel site

I got plesk installed on an Win2k8 R2 server. I can't go to the localhost:8443 site on the server itself. I just get a generic http error 500 page. Any ideas why? I can't find anything in the event viewer either.
 
It is difficult to say what is wrong there without errors, logs, direct investigation. Contact support team if you can find anything by yourself.
