This part of the output is your problem:

Please specify the host name in the /etc/hosts file
or specify DNS configuration in the /etc/resolv.conf file on your system.

Make sure your hostname is set up correctly and that it can be resolved, before starting the installation.

I believe you will need to correct hostname or use workaround from this article and then rerun installation by either manually reinstalling Plesk packages or running 'apt get -f install' (but behavior of this command can be different depending on state of other packages in system so reinstalling packages manually is better option).
