Resolved Can't install WordPress from application center

For the first time i got this error:

Error: The following error has occurred during the installation of application:

Installation of WordPress at https://MY.DOMAIN.COM/ failed. terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::filesystem::filesystem_error'
  what():  boost::filesystem::status: Permission denied: "/usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/b70d5317-dda8-4e3d-9735-8b67d79fe3a6/cache/htdocs"

I try one solution I find on google, plesk repair fs your.domain

[root@secure ~]# plesk repair fs MY.DOMAIN.COM

Checking virtual hosts' file system ................................. [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

Everything with permission was fine, what should be the problem?
