A Site with a Cookie will be called on the GET Request from Lets Encrypt for DV Validation.

Please Help me.

Have you tried to access the token file through a browser? Does it work? If it does not, what type of redirect is happening when you try to download the token?

First i get a blank page then i get the ACME Token.

Source Code of the Blank Page,
Setting a Cookie and redirecting instantly.

You should first solve your "Cookie issue" from Issue - Removing Cookie Site

It is incorrect that cookies are set by the web server or Plesk. They don't do this by default, neither the web server(s), nor Plesk. If it is still happening, a third-party software on your system is interfering with the web server configuration.

Its in Plesk, i fully flushed my Deb8 Server then i installed Plesk via the Auto Installer Link given by Plesk.
Next i activated my Pleak with a Web Host License Key.
I added CryptoHydra.net.

Looked in source and the Cookie Issue is back again.

i also changed the Namesrever directly to Plesk Server, so DNS is clean but the Cookie Page doesnt go away.
