Issue Can't send email through Gravity forms/Wordpress

So I am working on a Plesk hosted Wordpress website using Gravity forms and I am using their Save and continue functionality which can send the user an email.

I got this working on my local machine yet on the live website I haven't had much luck. So far when I send an email it goes to my Gmail spam folder and doesn't reach my Outlook email at all.

I am using Plesk 12.0.18 Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS. We just use the web browser version, no SSH access.

Mail server: Postfix
IMAP/POP3 server: Dovecot

I've tried changing mail server types, looked at SMTP and SPF settings but still get the same result. Has anyone had a similar problem and/or have a possible solution?

This can have a hundred reasons. Maybe your server IP is blacklisted, maybe the content of the mail looks like spam, maybe the host name is "localhost" in the mail header (the real host name was not set in Postfix), maybe this, maybe that ... Maybe you can simply ignore the cause and whitelist the sender: How to Add a Sender or Domain to Your Gmail Account's Whitelist
