Can't send mail from Mail software on OS X

Hello,

I'm using Mail software on OS X and I can't send mail.
Here is my parameters :

smtp.ozcom.fr
port 25
User : [email protected]
Password : xxxxxx
Authentification : MD5

When the mail is ready to be sent I get a popup telling me that the server is not able to get an authentification method. But on plesk it's checked.

I can send mail from the IMP Webmail.

Webmail is server side... your outgoing from your email client is ISP side not server side.

Use your ISP outgoing email settings. ISP's usually have everything on port 25 blocked except their settings.

Yes but before I update Plesk new version it worked ! Why it can't works now ?

Mail.app with a Plesk server as SMTP server works just fine here.

Have you tried disabling SSL in the Mac Mail App?
