Issue Can't turn on Python & Perl

Hello,
i noticed one issue, or maybe it's not issue. We are running Plesk Onyx on CentOS.
Python and Perl are ON in all services plans, but then you log in any customer Account - Hosting Options you are going to find what Python & Perl are disabled.
Why this is happening?
