Can't use new domains after upgrade

After I upgraded from 8.0.1 to 8.1 every new domain created will not work, It will just go to the default domain page like its not even on the server (or like you type in the ip address with no domain specified) I'm not sure what is wrong or what to do to fix it.


After looking more into the problem I have also found this error message in the log file:

Jan 29 08:24:39 Event manager[6179]: Can't execute /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/sbm2/update_hosting.php: Permission denied
