• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an odd problem with email:

I have setup a [email protected] with plesk for our server, with 'mail to nonexistant user' forwarded to the same catchall address. However, emails are still being bounced when mailed to other addresses that this should catch:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at [HOST].
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<catchall@[DOMAIN.TLD]>:
This message is looping: it already has my Delivered-To line. (#5.4.6)

--- Below this line is a copy of the message.

Would anyone please know how to get the email to be accepted?

Thanks!
