Categories in German are not correct displayed (Umlaute)

For the category about me is it presented like this : über mich


I think it has to be with the character encoding : UTF-8

has somebody an idea ?


i got the same problem with an CMS on Plesk , but there is gone

The problem may be caused by the fact that character encoding of Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder database is not utf8.
