Here is my problem after an upgrade from 10.3.1 to 11.0.9

"Warning: The space was suspended.All Web sites hosted with web space is not available." (this text is a translate from french)

Services work, apache, mail and mysql but no worries it's the interface that I can do absolutely nothing, when I want to change the page, it always comes back on the cover page.

What sort of output following command:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --webspace-on <webspace_name>

Try to activate one webspace with it and inform with results.
