Issue CentOs 7.5 - curl: (35) SSL version range is not valid.

New Pleskian
Dear sirs,

Im trying to figure out what went wrong with my server configuration, as im unable to successfuly use command curl --tlsv1.2 -v https://api.stripe.com or connect securely to any server using curl and tls v1.2. I have updated everything to the latest version:

- CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)
- Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #22, last updated on Nov 11, 2018 10:31 AM
- Curl 7.62.0 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu) libcurl/7.62.0 NSS/3.36 zlib/1.2.7 libpsl/0.7.0 (+libicu/50.1.2) libssh2/1.8.0 nghttp2/1.31.1 Release-Date: 2018-10-31

Nothing seems to work, always getting the same error:

curl --tlsv1.2 -v https://api.stripe.com
* Trying 54.187.208.163...
* TCP_NODELAY set
* Connected to api.stripe.com (54.187.208.163) port 443 (#0)
* Initializing NSS with certpath: sql:/etc/pki/nssdb
* NSS error -12168 (SSL_ERROR_INVALID_VERSION_RANGE)
* SSL version range is not valid.
* Closing connection 0
curl: (35) SSL version range is not valid.

The main problem is that my WooCommerce instalation isnt working with PayPal anymore and I cant take any orders :/
