• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi guys.

I have a big problem with my server CentOS with Plesk10.

This weekend, my server was shutdown without advice me and if I want to turn on the server, it don't turn on.

How can i see why the server shutdown and to see the reason?

Thank you.

I am using a liveCD because the CentOS don't work.

How can i see the principal error why don't work?

Thank you..

So, if I correctly understood, you can't even start OS on server where Plesk installed?

You understood it correctly.

Really, It is the CentOS server on 1and1. It's stopped without reason so I can't to start OS.

1and1 said me that I can to use the LiveCD for seeing the logs on system.

I am using Putty for using SSH but I am so lost because I don't know that I must to do...
