centos4 and Plesk?

Hi,

I’ve been asked to install Plesk on Linux and coming from a cPanel/DA background I’m wondering what the most stable OS is for Plesk Reloaded.

I normally use centOS4.x although it doesn’t seem to be listed on the swsoft’s download page? I would have thought the RHE4 version would work on centos4?

Has anyone here installed Plesk on centos 4.x? If so did you use the RHE4 version of Plesk? Is there anything I should be aware of?

If centos 4 is a no go what other OS would you recommend?

Cheers,

Centos4 works fine. Use the RHEL4 version, but don't forget to change /etc/redhat-release to look like RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 before you start the installer.
