Certificate table restore

I just recently migrated from 704 to 7.5 reloaded. The migration was ok but one of the problems is that the certificates did not get migrated.. My thought is there has to be some way to export the certificates tables and import it into 7.4.. Has enyone done this..

Does anyone have an ERD of the psa database?
