CGI not working in cgi-bin dir

Hi guys.

If I upload cgi/pl to my cgi-bin dir on my website then it doesnt work and it kicks back an error.

http://www.holler.co.uk/cgi-bin/test.pl

If I upload it to the root of my website it works fine.

http://www.holler.co.uk/test.pl

Both are 755 chmodded.

The holler/cgi-bin dir is the cgi-bin dir outside of the http path.

Im running plesk 7.5.3 with php.
