Question Cgroups Manager on Debian 9

Just read here that Debian is with limitations supported.

I m runing Plesk on Debian 9 and Cgroups Manager seems to run to. How can i check if its realy working properly?

Debian 9 is not listed as supported OS and this Link do not exist anymore. Can i have some clarification?

In fact, we can't recommend using cgroup on OSes unlisted in the documentation.
