Challenge/Response for Spam Blocking

Hello,
Using Plesk 7.5.6 with Mail Enable.

Has anyone implemented any sort of Challenge/Response spam blocker on Plesk? I have a client requesting and looking for some advice. I found an add-in called MEFilter that works with Mail Enable but unsure about tying that into my environment.

Not on Plesk .. But on few Helm machines ... I dont think it'll matter weither we are using Plesk or any other CP.
