Question Change charset variables in phpmyadmin?

Azurel

Silver Pleskian
I have Plesk Obsidian 18.0.29 and want change the charsets from phpmyadmin to utf8mb4 values. How I can? Currently the values are outdated and can't insert 4bytes UTF8 characters in phpmyadmin on plesk server. Is here a way to access phpmyadmin as admin? Coming from a subscription I can't modify this values.
