Hi there,
I've been trying to setup my email account and testing the configuration with mail-tester.com.
While doing so mail-tester.com is showing the following error
My hosting service "vultr" told me the following:
"As shown in the error message your rDNS record is correct, and the IP they report is correct as well. The HELO is sending an incorrect hostname. This will need to be changed, and likely has a configuration parameter for the service in Plesk. Unfortunately if you do not see this option you may need to contact Plesk support for further assistance."
