Change ip's

Hi,

I need to change the ip's off all my servers because i'm moving to another provider in the datacenter.

I can use my old and new ip's together to make the switch easy but I have a question.

- I changed the nameserver (added new nameservers with the new ip's)
- changed every DNS setting on the domains (added the new NS)
- changed my firewall settings (extern firewall, not using plesk fw)
- added the new ip's on the network interfaces (server -> ip aliasing -> add ip address)

I think the next step is to change the change the hosting via domain -> setup -> ip address or do i need to do this with a tool ?

Do I need to change something else? i think qmail is using the settings of the MX record ??

Same Question

I need to physically move my server from one data center to another.

What is the procedure?

All the above?

Only the above?

Anything else?

Is there a tool, whitepaper, help topic?

It was to easy :)

just add the new ip's to your server... go to the domain setup and choose another ip...but be carefull if you having custom DNS settings...

the only problem is that you have to do this domain by domain
