Change Spam filter Defaults

Hello,

Is it possible to change the Spam Filter default score and subject tag in PLESK for all new clients / domains added to a server ?

I would still like per-user preferences as well. Just would like to have specific settings as the server wide default. from there clients can do as they wish.
