Changing administrator username?

How to do the above? It seems that the user
"admin" is 1 of the famous username have many people try to "break" in

Cant something be done via MSSQL?

I've just taken on a role and the guy before me has set the administrator username to his own name, which I would like to change to something more generic... I can change the password ok.
