We upgraded our server to 8.6 from 5.0 and now nobady can check there email.
Al type of email software we get the same message PASSWORD rejected NOT VAILD!
When we check email through webamail the name and password works!
We have Mac and windows machines in the building, we tried everthing nothing works!
P.S. Oh yeah we can get mail on our blackberry phone.......
