Choose WWW directory

Hi,

I just have installed Plesk 8.6 on my Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Server distrib.

But I don't find any informations:

How can we specify any option to the installer?

An exemple: How specify that we would that the "webroot", where all our website are going to be aren't in the /var/www but in the /home ?

Or, how specify at the install:
- that the default locale isn't en-US,
- that the safe_mode of PHP is disabled by default,
- that the root mysql access has a special password?

I've made many search in the documentation, but I don't find any way to change this path, and I know it's possible.
