CHOWN & CHMOD problems

Hi there,

I use a FC4 with Plesk 8 for my PHP developpements.
I have a question about the file system authorisations :

I would like to use FCKeditor on a website.
FCKEditor can allow to browse and modify the directory of the domain where it has been installed without help of a FTP client.

If I create a directory with FCKeditor, the owner of this dir is 'Apache', but FCK can't create files in this folder.
I try to chmod it to 777, but same issue.

If I make a new directory with my FTP client and I chmod it to 777 (the owner is the FTP user), FCK can write on it.

I'm worry about the chmod 777.
Do you have suggestions ?

Thanks for your help
