CHroot broken after OpenSSH upgrade Help!

Hi,
I upgraded OpenSSH on our server due to a vulnerability for the version we had. I upgraded to 5.2.p1 and just now realized CHroot is broken for the SFTP users. We're running 8.6 on FreeBSD 6.1. If anyone can help me out on fixing this it would be much appreciated. I couldn't find a forum entry for this.
