Cisco PIX 501 firewall

I have setup my server behind a CISCO PIX 501 firewall and since then I am not able to upgrade Plesk to the latest version. It is not able to connect to the Plesk Update server. What port should I open in the firewall and whether it will be inbound or outbound?
