Clamav install scripts from hostbird.com

I had previously used the instructions and scripts from hostbird.com to install clamav on plesk for linux. It looks like the hostbird site has been down several weeks now.

I had saved copies of the instructions, but not the scripts. Does anyone have these? I'd be happy to host them for everyone else if we can gather everything that's needed.

You should take a look at ART's yum and anti-spam/av projects. He has rpms to install clamav, Spamassassin and qmail-scanner on a Plesk server.
