  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Clicking a link breaks subdomain

Hi,

I currently have a main domain with multiple links pointed at a subdomain (hosted externally on a different IP)

The subdomain works perfectly either incognito or via direct URL, however when I try to access the subdomain via the links on the main domain, all that shows is the Apache testing 123 error, which then proceeds to break direct URL access as well.

Thankyou for any assistance provided

If any additional Information is needed, more than happy to provide
Subdomain is also hosted on a separate subscription so we can direct to the external IP
