Client cannot modify emails

I have setup a client to administer their domain, mainly the emails. For some reason they can only add and delete emails. How do I set it up so that they can also modify the password if somebody forgets it. Right now only the main administrator (myself) can modify the passwords? I am using Horde mail as the webmail.

Thanks

I have just checked on test server:
it is possible for client to change mailbox password under
Plesk CP > go to domain page > Mail > mailbox > Preferences

without supplying additional permissions for him.
Also, I do not see any special option that could prevent Clients to change mailboxes passwords but anyway you can play with preferences: Plesk CP > Client > Preferences and Permissions

Thanks for the reply.
I signed on again onto the client's Plesk Panel and pressed Home. After selecting the Domain, I could see the Mail icon (which I couldn't before, for some reason). By pressing Mail I can see the email addresses for that domain.

Sorry, if I mislead anybody, but at one point, I really couldn't see that Mail icon (or get to it).

Again, thanks for your help.
