• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Client Setup Help

I am running Plesk 8.2 on my VPS and I have 3 client templates set up. Last night I sat up a client and logged in with their user details and I noticed if I go to domains -> setup -> I can change the amount of hard disk space they are allowed. I have the template set up to specify the amount of disk space they get. What's the point of setting the disk space in the template if they can do in a change it? Is there a way to block them from changing it?

did you prohibit permission hard disk quota assignment when created the templates?

I prohibited hard disk quota and it seems to be working.
