In using Plesk Windows 8.2 can a Client/Reseller create another Client/Reseller under his own tree?

Thanks for any information.
 
Unfortunately Plesk for Windows does not allow Client/Reseller create another Client/Reseller under his own tree.
This feature is scheduled for future versions.
