I installed Cloudflare Module and keyin the account password an error occurred.

How does this in plesk panel can fix this , including characters in my user account "." ???

Our Plesk user login name contains ., and we follow http://kb.parallels.com/en/114298 to modify regex value, but we got the error.

I'm not sure how KB article about Parallels Automation can be related to Plesk application issue. Just do not use non-allowed symbols in the name.
