• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Issue Cloudflare Caching on Plesk Obsidian

changer323

New Pleskian
I have been using Cloudflare as my proxy, after the Plesk Obsidian Update, the the plesk console refreshes and leaves a blank screen.
What are your recommended tips to the ones who uses proxies and cache providers for this latest update.

Any reply is much appreciated.

We are experiencing the same issue! As a temp work around you can use the IP address directly to bypass Cloudflare proxy. Hoping to see a fix for this soon!

Same as here. Cloudflare does not work if you try to access to Plesk Obsidian. That's why we still are in Onyx. Obsidian is plenty of bugs.

Have you tried to bypass Cloudflare caching on the Plesk control panel with a custom rule? You can also make a custom rule with Cloudflare Free.

Please note that you have to insert the correct URL. In case you use a hostname (ex. plesk.example.com) as Plesk URL, insert it like "*plesk.example.com/*". In case you use port 8443, insert it like "*example.com:8443/*".
