command line utils

I was just wondering if there are any command line utilities within plesk to create/manage user accounts from the cli? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

CLI can be found in /usr/local/psa/bin/ if installed

cli docs are still not availible for plesk 8 but for 7.5 Reloaded:
http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk7.5/Doc/plesk-7.5r-sdk-html/index.html

for new features just use the --help feature:

e.g.
/usr/local/psa/bin/domain --help
