concurrencyremote optimal value?

I realise my recent mail queue pile up is because concurrenyremote is at default '20'.

i've since set it to 250 (compilation limit is 1000 according to man pages) and it did hasten things up.

But one thing I am concern.. what's the 'optimal' limit to set? or its just 1000?
