Configure email address have to match with authentication SMTP User?

Hi everybody,

I'm using Plesk 11.0.5 with CentOS 6.2 and Qmail, now I want to configure authentication SMTP Users have to match with email address before sending. Example current status:

1 user have mail account with [email protected] - use as email address and authen with this account.
But they can user [email protected] as email address and authen with [email protected] in Outlook or Thunderbird ...

Now I want to ban this, for example, user can fake email of Boss ... how can i do this?
