Issue Connection failed" despite restarting Apache and Nginx

Hi everyone,
I am experiencing a problem with a site hosted on a temporary domain provided by Plesk Charmed - Notti di luna blu.

The problem occurs like this:

  1. Sometimes the site works properly for a few minutes.
  2. Afterwards, I get an error in the browser: “Connection failed. An error occurred while connecting.”
  3. The problem seems temporary, but I can't figure out what triggers it.

Here are the details of the operations I have already performed:

I restarted the Apache and Nginx services using the commands:

  • sudo service apache2 restart
  • sudo service nginx restart

Both services appear to be active (running) after the restart.

I checked the permissions of the httpdocs folder and they seem correct (755 for directories, 644 for files).
The domain is configured as a temporary domain and I am using the default settings.

Despite these operations, the problem persists. I found no obvious errors in the Apache or Nginx logs, but I can provide more details if needed.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this intermittent behavior?

Thank you very much for your support!

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this intermittent behavior?
Ideas on what to check
  • When the web server is unavailable, what about other services like SSH? Could it be some network connectivity issue?
  • Server and website logs,
  • Monitoring graphs
