Issue Control panel blank page after night autoupdate

Hello all,
after last night autoupdate my Plesk Obsidian controlpanel shows a blank page.
.html links like https://plesk.example.com:8443/example.html are successfully loaded
Websites are accessible.

Here is the last php error log after a try to access the control panel login page:

This is strange:


I think there should be 1 applications for PleskControlPanel and the correct Identity.
How to fix it?

Can you check, does the file `C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\plib\vendor\react\promise\src\functions_include.php` actually exists?
If not, it looks like a broken installation of Plesk, when only part of the files of Plesk 18.0.41 was applied. So probably you should check Plesk Installer logs to find some errors and contact Plesk Support.

In the vendor folder there is no the react folder.
I bought a license through OVH and they say they can't give me support about Plesk, asking Plesk support they indicate me to contact the reseller...

I just tried from cmd as admin:

C:\Windows\system32>plesk repair installation -n

and got:

exit status 255

If I try to access the repair page at https://<hostname>:8443/repair/
my credentials of the panel are not accepted

Is it safe to re-run the plesk_installer_Microsoft_10.0_x86_64_3.41.0.exe ?

Hi.
Yes, you can try to rerun the Plesk installer one more time. As an example, you can use this article - https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...n-returned-because-the-timeout-period-expired . It describes not totally your case, so I think that you don't need to do something with antivirus, but other steps can be helpful.

I followed the indications at Upgrading Plesk for Windows Using Installer GUI
re-downloaded the installer and re-did the upgrade from there, the GUI, unlike the console, told me the actual version and the availability of the upgrade.
During the process, although I still got errors ( Failed service operation: This operation returned because the timeout period expired. (Error code 1460) at Start service PleskWebSocket Sub-action 'ServiceControl' failed with error code: 1064(0x00000428)), the Panel came magically back up.
