Copying passwords to another domain

Hi all,
A client of ours wishes to migrate their website to another domain - both of which are set up in Plesk but at the moment Domain B just forwards to Domain A.

Now they want to switch to using Domain B full time - there are a few protected directories on Domain A which also need to be copied. Is there a way to just copy them (either in Plesk or via SSH but have them still showing up in Plesk) or must they be recreated on Domain B when the move is done?

All help gratefully appreciated.
