Correct Owner + Permission for /var/lib/psa

halliday

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

Could someone kindly tell me what the correct permissions /owner / group for the folder:
/var/lib/psa (and its subfolders)

I am using Plesk 9.3.0 + Centos.
When I try to backup email accounts via ssh with this command:

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --server --skip-logs --only-mail

I get the following error message:

Runtime error: Could not run make dump with pmmcli[Illegal seek]

Your help would be greatly apreciated,

Thank you!

David

In addition, scheduled backup via Plesk's panel fails. The email sent contains the following message:-

Following error is occured during scheduled backup process:

Failed to parse response. Reason: Failed to read data from stream Process output:

The above error message + the previous one via ssh make me suspect a permission-related problem.

The permissions/owner of psa folder (/var/lib/psa) is root 0755

And /var/lib/psa/dumps : psaadm:psadm 0755

I would greatly apprecate your help in solving this issue.

Thank you
