Issue Could not find the Mail on Sidebar on my Plesk

Please help guys! I am new to Plesk and I could not make a new email, Where can I access that Mail in the Sidebar?

You have to login to Plesk as admin and enable "Ability to change mail settings" permission in settings of this subscription.
