  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Couldn't install Joomla through Plesk 11

Hi,

We have reseller who tried to install Joomla Applications but install failed with ths error message:

Fehler: Die Installation von joomla unter http://domain.com/joomla ist fehlgeschlagen. Non-zero exit status returned by script. Output stream: 'PHP Warning: fopen(/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/joomla//configuration.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/apscatalogbt5D32.zipaab4bdcf-43cc-5e/cache/scripts/file-util.php on line 15 Unable to write file /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/joomla//configuration.php. '.

Any idea what could be aproblem? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure that there is correct permissions?
 
Sorry for delay I was on business trip. Yes. It's user_id and group psacln. The same as we have for other users on the same server and on another servers with Plesk whre is working.
