Hello,

Is it possible to use the plesk migrator to move a website and files from cpanel?

In the settings i am required to provide ROOT details of the cpanel server which i dont have
 
without root details you will not be able to copy the accounts from Cpanel , looks like your website hosted in a shared hosting environment , hence you will have to migrate your website account manually.
