Create new email strange problem

I am try to create a new email in plesk panel but a strange problem comes! Very strange.
I create a simple email like: [email protected] but error comes:

The specified e-mail address is not valid. You need to specify a valid e-mail address like [email protected]

After that i try create [email protected] and works! why construcao@stoting not? I try to:
constru@
constuca2@
const@

...

Can anyone face the same problem?

What is version of your Plesk? According to http://kb.parallels.com/en/111779 this issue has been fixed since 10.3.0 version:

[ - ] Customers failed to create an e-mail account with error "The specified e-mail address is not valid. You need to specify a valid e-mail address like [email protected]" even if the entered mailbox name was valid.

I have other hosting with plesk 10.2.0 installed and worked... How i correct this? how i update or how i see plesk log system?

Just perform upgrade procedure to latest 10.4.4 version with help of Installation and Upgrade Guide.
