Creating email address for domain problem

Hi a very interesting problem occured when i am trying to create email address

this is the description
Warning: The messages addressed to [email protected] will not be delivered, as the mail name is neither a mailbox, nor redirect, mail group, or autoresponder.


but my customer have been using this email name for the email address a long time on other mail server

anyone kind to shed a light on this?

is there any swsoft moderator who can offer some support here?
i don't think my question is that hard to answer..if it is a product like qmail or what i can easily find an answer in other forums

but plesk is developed by swsoft so i can only find support here

but i have been posting several thread seens very hard to get a response here..

any anyone pls help?

From the same screen, select the Mailbox link, then click "Enable mailbox storage", then type the size limit for the mailbox in the text-box that activates. This will allow the e-mail account to store the incoming mail.
